Shwe Man Taung Golf Resort is located a short distance from the center of Mandalay actually laying within the confines of the city proper. The golf course is surrounded by hills dotted with Temples and Wats. The scenery is spectacular and Mandalay Hill sits in the background of 50% of your shots around the course. The par fives are challenging and the conditions are quite good. This is a must play course if your golf vacation in Burma includes Mandalay. The clubhouse is functional and good as is the service.
