| TOUR DESCRIPTION: | In the morning, visit a silk farm and malpro tree field where we can see see the traditional silk making process of Cambodia. Then visit the War Museum. Then lunch at the local restaurant, Les Artisans d'Angkor - Chantiers Ecole where visitors can observe students learning traditional carving and finishing techniques. This time is a good break from the temple so that we will tour to floating village, and on the way we will experience one Cambodia pagoda and visit the daily life of Cambodian people. That is followed by a boat trip on Tonle Sap Great Lake to see the lifestyle of Cambodian fishermen. Tonlesap is famous for the basin of fresh water fish where there were 10 tons per Square KM in the 60's. We then visit the fresh water exhibition where we can see various kinds of fish in Tonlesap Lake. Return to hotel after tour concludes. |
